Refund Policy

This policy explains our approach to refunds for AUREUS AI digital products. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Risk Disclaimer.
1. All sales are final
Our products are digital software delivered instantly. Once your files and licence have been sent, the product cannot be returned. Accordingly, all sales are final and no refunds, returns or exchanges are offered under any circumstances, except where required by law. In particular, no refund will be given because you were not profitable, lost money, were dissatisfied with performance, or changed your mind.
2. Why refunds are not possible
Expert Advisors and licence keys are made available for immediate download upon purchase. Because the software can be copied and used the moment it is delivered, it cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense. By purchasing, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge this.
3. Consumer cooling-off period
Where a statutory cooling-off period would normally apply to distance sales, you expressly agree that, by requesting immediate delivery of digital content, you waive that right to cancel once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable EU / national consumer law.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer. If a product is genuinely faulty, does not work as described, or fails to install for reasons attributable to us, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under applicable law.
5. Business customers
Purchases made by businesses (B2B) are not covered by consumer protections. All B2B sales are final in accordance with our Terms of Service.
6. Before you buy

7. Technical support
If you have trouble installing or activating a product, contact aureusaibots@gmail.com and we will assist you in good faith. Genuine defects are handled under your statutory remedies where applicable.
