These Terms govern your access to and use of the AUREUS AI website and the purchase and use of our software products ("Expert Advisors" or "EAs"). By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Risk Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Important — by completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that: (1) the AUREUS AI software is sold strictly for educational and informational purposes only; (2) all sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law for a genuinely faulty file; (3) neither AUREUS AI nor this website is liable for any financial loss, trading loss or damages arising from your use of the software; and (4) you use the software entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and results.

1. Who we are

2. Nature of our products

Our products are digital software tools that connect to the MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 platforms and place trades according to pre-programmed logic. They are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only and are licensed, not sold. Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software on your own trading accounts, subject to the limits of your chosen product.

3. No financial advice

AUREUS AI is not a bank, broker, investment firm or regulated financial adviser. Nothing on this site or within our products constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. See our Risk Disclaimer.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and are one-time fees unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed.

5. Digital delivery

Products are delivered digitally and automatically, typically within 10 minutes of a successful payment, to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check your spam folder. By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of digital content.

6. Refunds

Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once transferred, all sales are final and no refunds are offered, except where required by law. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed products are not affected. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us first — we aim to resolve problems in good faith. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your licence, without a refund.

8. Licence restrictions

You may not: resell, sub-licence, share, distribute or publish the software or license keys; decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code or logic; use the software for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent the software as your own. Breach of these restrictions terminates your licence immediately.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUREUS AI shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Performance disclaimer

Any performance figures, statistics or live data shown on this site are illustrative and/or based on past results. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Outcomes depend on market conditions, your broker, spreads, slippage, account size and settings, and other factors outside our control.

11. Intellectual property

All software, text, graphics, branding and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to AUREUS AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission.

12. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes, governing law & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece / the European Union, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
